i too thought abt that..but the problem is i have 150-200 users, i cannot duplicate the user logins for all the users...is there any other way of doing it.

My requirement is like,
A user can view the published reports as well as create their own ad-hoc reports. Here i want to put a restriction on the user not to "Save As", "Export" or of any sort except viewing, only for published reports. Can somebody help me to achieve this...

Since you are using $ for all the units...it is not displaying...if you try with 3 measures with different units...eg...1 - $, 2 - Number, 3 - %
then you can find the scale separately..

I have tried your problem...it depends on the unit you are using for the measures...actually it is showing the scale for all the measures. If the units are same then it will not be displayed separately..Just try with a different unit and check.

I am facing a problem when i do a SAVE AS on a document as XLS in Version 6.5. The logo which i have in the document does not get exported in to the excel file...anybody have a solution for this.

You can use a sorter transformation and check the distinct row checkbox in the property sheet of Sorter transformation. This checks the distinct row and populates in the target

When u have upgraded to BO 5.1.6, did you point your BO to the same repository where your documents exists, check that, if not recorrect it and try again, this is not a bug in BO 5.1.6
It all depends on the prompt where u have given, if u have given the date prompt in Report level the format you have to use is the default BO Date Format, or if u have given the prompt in Universe level then you have follow the database format.
