When upgrading from Call Manager 6.01 or 6.1.1 to 6.1.4 do you need a license upgrade. I know you must go from 6.01 to 6.1.2 to allow the upgrade to 6.1.4. I have legal license for all servers.
I had a probl;em similar to this in the past. I believe you have to clear all messages in the mailbox before you can see the "aut-msg-wt button on station 3751". hOPE THIS HELPS.
