Actually the reset of Clan was linked to the ip-phones going in discover mode. Or vice versa :)

I have a Nortel call center express running Digital phones model M2616 / M2216 / M3903.
I want to use wireless headsets for my agents.
The problem i am facing is, when a call is completed the agent gets logged off.
Has anyone ever done this successfully before ?

A continous ping to the C-lan port showed packet drops.
If the new hardware gives same errors we will start swapping cables, switch ports, slot in the epabx etc.

Actually after a little bit if surfing i identified a command, status ip-board xxyy.
This shows the time when the c-lan card last resetted.
We could actually relate, the phones going in discover mode with this reset time.
