Spam relaying & messages in queue
I JUST figured out how to clear the SMTP Virtual Server Queue of junk: Try Right-Clicking on Default SMTP Virtual Server(or whatever you named it), and choose Stop. Wait a minute and Start it again. Highlight Queue and press F5/Refresh. They should all be gone. That worked for me. Perry.- pgisclair

Office XP Word 2002
Based on your messages above, I've figured a workaround. Right-click on desktop/New/Shortcut/Browse \Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\winword.exe. Copied this newly created desktop shortcut to the quicklaunch bar. Now running Word, then File/Open works as it should. Hope this helps!- pgisclair
