So I changed it to a 2008 and it didn't work. So I looked at the back of the phone and duh, it's a 2006. OK, so I go back and follow the same steps and it deletes the phone! Uh-oh! I flip through my handbook and set it up as a new phone. Luckily that worked! Thank you so much for all of your help!

I have two users that when trying to use the "save as" feature, they are denied write access. They get a message stating "Cannot save 'S:\File.doc' The folder is marked as 'Read Only'." THey have permission to write and can copy/paste/delete in the folder. THey can save changes to a document...

The messages are being sent to the "disappearing" addressee's though.

Hello, I have a user who when adding adressee's from his contact list finds that they will just disappear. For no apparent reason, some of the multiple adressee's will disappear from the TO: box or the CC: box. It is Office 2003 on a Windows 2000 box with Exchange 2003.
