    Finally the problem was just simply a bad cd-rom. I replaced it and the install went smooth as silk! Thanks.

    I sm having a very similar problem with my HP 9000 D250 that I just inherited. When trying to boot from the CD with BO P2 I get this error: Cannot find ENTRY_TEST Failed to initialize ENTRY_INIT Status = -4 Same as yours! Have you been able to find the solution to your problem?
