    OWA - Some e-mails are not viewable

    The above are all good and valid replies. To add to them, if the email was from a Mac then the problem is that Macs do not add the .xxx to the files. Exchange 2000 has a hard time handling this. Have the Mac user add an extention or receive the email using a full email client. Regards, Tim

    granting calendar access to other users

    I do not know if this will help, but at times users mistakenly select people from their Personal Contact list instead of from the GAL. Opening someones Calendar requires them to select the user from the GAL.
