Yes, the user had local admin rights when CallPilot was installed.
I'll check into the newer version. That may help us out.
I have several users who seem to have a ndafxsrv.exe process hang at times (some have more than one instance running). This seems to cause our document management system (FileSite) to hang when opening documents via Outlook.
If I end the ndafxsrv.exe process, their document will open right up...
