It is a problem with the Local ARCserve database...
Steps to take car..
1) Run mergecar.exe in the dos prompt of the arcserve folder
2) Delete R*.* files in the database folder
3) Run a restore
Make sure there are no cat files in the temp folder of arcserve in the process.

Check in your winnt\sytem32\drivers check for the files
Ino_fltr and Ino_flpy check the file date and version
if it is not matching dowload the driver update patch
and then reboot the machine

inxo*.log will get generated !!

You need to set the log tab to 0-1-0 that is the default value
stop the information store and delete the inxo*.log and then
