What you can do is go into IIS Manager in Administrative tools. On the NAV MSE Site, open the properties. On one of the TAB's there is an option to allow anonymous logins. This should achieve the desired result. Hope this helps.

I was having the same problem.. Was initially looking towards arcserve, but have upgraded to NAV 8.0 and this also fixed my problem with 2022 errors. Seems to be working ok now.
