Try directory import and directory export in exchange admin.
First export your current exchange folders to a CSV file to get the headers that you will need.
Export your access to excel and merge that data to the CSV. Make a formula to work out the missing columns. Re-save as CSV and import...
Yea, I tried that one, but still no luck. I get the error:

An expression you entered is the wrong data type for one of the arguments.
???? It works if it is not a sub form without the form bit at the end - Stuck!
