    TCP/IP not installed, ip adress 0.0.0.0

    Did you use the winsockfix listed above?? I've found it to fix a lot of these types of issues, as it rebuilds the tcp/ip stack.

    My first cable modem on Adelphia's net needed to be powered off to clear the memory of the mac address of the equipment connected to it (either computer or router). Not sure how your network is set up from your description, but that might be worth a try.
