An attachment called 'Winmail.Dat' is a good indication that the mail has been stored at a server or opened by a client that the software is either set to or does not understand MAPI, yet the message has been sent from a MAPI compatible client.
I placed a helpful hint 'Close relay in Exchange 5.5' 26/6.
It would be the quickest way. You can also configure 'Email domain' security & 'Connection' (Who can connect) security. - I tried these but kept going too far & prevent something else from happening.

Depends on what you mean, - did you want to stop your exchange server being used to spam others - this is the open relay problem. Or did you want to stop your recipients from receiving mail that has been sent from a spammer - goto www.mail-abuse.org
Obviously you want to broadcast one email sent to domain.com, to a few people in the global address list.
Create a distibution list, call it what-ever, include the recipients, & check the email address is what you want.
