We upgraded our system about 1 month ago. So far the only issues I have had is working with the Remote Agent and Windows 98 machines and XP desktops. Still working on that issue but the program it self seems more stable, I like the new interface and the reporting options. No complaints so...- rnole

Veritas spits out tape before completion
What is your tape rotation method. If the tape was left in and ran out of space, and it was not allowed to overwrite the existing data on the Media, this would cause the tape to eject. I use the same tapes, one for each day Monday through Thursday, then archive Friday's tape each week. If I...- rnole

MUSIC IN E-MAILS??????
I have done this in Outlook Express. To do this you open up your new e-mail message. Go to Format on the menu bar, then Background and add sound file. Then you can choose which file you wish to be played when the message is received.- rnole
