I had the same problem with iexplorer, it was driving me crackers. Thanks to this thread I was able to sort it. one point is that to switch off the setting in spybot I had to go into advanced mode and not easymode. You'll find it on the start menu.

Try this for a much simpler way with loads of different options at the click of the mouse.
Take a picture or coloured background
Select the Horizontal Text Tool (T)
Type your text and move it to where you want it on the picture
Make sure you have the Layers palette open, if not select window...
Take a look at the stationery at http://www.thundercloud.net/stationery/ by looking at the source code of some of the free stationery you may be able to figure out how to do it yourself. The stationery plays music and scrolls in all directions.

That aside, first of all make sure you have MSCOMCT2.OCX in your WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 folder

Assuming you mean in Access, I don't think you can as the properties are set by the system. However you can switch the navigation bar off altogether and then make your own buttons for navigation.

Try right clicking the tool bar and selecting CUSTOMIZE.
Then select COMMANDS> VIEW
Scroll down until you get to FROM FIELD
Hold down the left mouse key on the "entry" and drag it to a Toolbar
When the button is clicked it will add the Field to the Email Form

The only way I have found to sync the two together is to import your PC's .pst file to the laptop which will make an identical copy of Address book, emails, tasks etc. There's probably a more sophisticated way to do this but it does work and when you return from a field trip you do...
