I have that set up (AST xx xx) and ICRD in CLS. The problem is Witness will not acquire the some of the sets.

If you want to get rid of the mix, all you ahve to do is out the 500 port. I think though you more than likely have it there for voice mail purposes since it is MARP on that 500 port.
In that case, have you tested the port without having CTY programmed just to make sure the port is good? In either case the port number has to match the TTY number.
