She says that where the column inidcators are A, B, C, D it is now 1, 2, 3, 4 etc. and the Row indicators are showing A, B, C, D instead of 1, 2, 3, 4 etc.

Sorry, i should have told you that I am working in VBA for Access 2000 - I have several lines of code that i want to select and make it a comment. I am aware that If I want to do a comment, I use ' - the single quote.

You will have to be more specific, Are you working in Excel or word - Is your data and excel and you want to merge to word or is the data in word and you want to merge in word ???
