Well I found out that the wire connected to the drawer connector was disconnected. I replaced the drawer connector (which was about 6.00) and re-plugged the wire.

Check the tranfer roller and charge roller. Make sure they are fully seated (sometimes they pop out of place when moving the printer. Also try changing the toner.

I have the same problem with the 8200 I am working with. Did anyone figure out what needs to be replaced? I cant see fault codes cause the display only shows the Xerox logo. And this was displayed even setting the dip switch and trying to run diags.
I think the rollers gone bad. The customer has been using regular copier paper instead of the bond paper. I replaced the following parts and I came up with the fault code 22,700.02:
transfix solenoid
drum clutch
preheat entry

I checked the key and it is good. The printer prints out a page then gets a paper jam before it goes into the exit cover. After I pull the paper out, the printer prints out the other half of the page and that page fully comes out with no problem.
