TN767 or TN464 which one 4 ISDN PRI - confused?
Does this thread need more interesting confusion? I recently started with a company that has 2 G3Si V4 and a Cisco Avvid. The PRI between one of the G3Si and the vg200 gateway is sometimes flaky. Incoming Calls
When creating a "shared line" it appears that I have to add a phone. When adding a phone I am required to pick a phone type. So is this correct or is there a way to create a virtual extension that rings on multiple phones without adding a phone with MAC address? Avaya experienced - new to Cisco.- indyjon

Assume The 9 on Analog Stations
By doing what rod1 suggested, what happens if we have a an AAR digit conversion for 911 and the caller dials 11? We have the digit conversion so that caller does not have to remember to dial the 9 before dialing 911 in a panic situation. Both 9-911 and 9-11 will get you to 911. So I am...- indyjon
