Our Equitrac system was set with the correct parameters to collect ext-to-ext calls. I added ICDA to my CLS and then made some test ext-to-ext calls. When I ran the Equitrac report, there was no data. It seems as if the switch isn't set to send out that information for collection. Is it a...
We will be collecting info to our Equitrac system after all, but I need to make sure that the switch is sending that info. Is that where ICDA comes in or is there something else that I have to do to make sure the switch sends extension to extension info out to our Equitrac system?
Thanks. I have no problem adding ICDA to the sets I want to monitor, but would each extension they call also have to have ICDA for calls be collected? Or is it only the calling phone that needs that in CLS?
Also, I have no idea how to pull up or decipher the raw data. If there is a link to...
Our 61C is currently hooked up to an Equitrac system for call details and reporting. Due to the size of our system, we are not able to track extension-to-extension traffic on Equitrac, as the volume of data would be too large.
Is there a way to track extension-to-extension traffic on the...
I hope there's a simple answer to this. Our Call Pilot does a weekly back-up to tape. Does that back-up include copies of every message on the system or just the accounts and settings, class of service settings, etc.? How about user greetings? If we needed to restore the system from the...
We have a user who gets the following error in a CallPilot Server window everytime he opens Outlook:

When checking my Call Pilot to make sure that the time changed over the weekend, I noticed that while the time IS correct, the date stamp on messages is now February 11th (2/11) instead of November 2nd (11/2). The system did this automatically and I'm not sure why. I also don't know how to get...
Thank you! I don't have an account on that system, so I wasn't aware of that. On our main office system blocking messages is an Administrator-controlled function.
Thanks again!
We recently upgraded to a BCM 450 switch. In the associated Call Pilot, is there a way to block messages to a particular subscriber mailbox?
We have an employee going on leave and she does not want leaving a message to be an option for callers, but she does want callers to get to voice mail to...
Hmmm, well now I'm wondering if my version supports it because while the Message Forwarding Rule is an option to be checked in the class of service, I don't see it as an option on an individual mailbox account.
^I saw that thread before I posted, but my issue is that I can't get the voice mail to come as an attachment with the e-mail notification at all.
I checked the Message Forwarding Rule box in the class of service, but beyond that, I'm not sure what needs to be done to make it work.
Thanks! Users already have Desktop Call Pilot.
What we're trying to achieve is to have the voice mail attached to the e-mail notification so that users can not only see they have new voice mail from their Blackberrys when out of the office, but they can also open the voice mail and listen to...
We currently have Call Pilot 4.04.04.17. Employees receive an e-mail notification of any new voice mail messages, but the e-mail does not contain an attachment of the actual voice mail.
Are there settings we can adjust in our current system so that we can have the actual voice mail attached to...
Thanks. After moving it to a new TN, testing it, and then moving it back to the old TN, it was determined that a bad phone line cord was throwing it into BUSY. After replacing the cord, all was fine.
I have an analog TN attached to a fax machine that will not come off BUSY. I have disabled and re-enabled it and unplugged the physical line itself, but it still comes up BUSY. The entire analog card is not busied out. Any suggestions on what might be the issue? The line worked until...
Is there a way for users to access the list without having a Key designated for it? We have over 400 employees and I won't be able to assign each extension an SSU button individually.
I have set up individual SCLs for extensions in our company, but now I'm looking to create a global speed call list that everyone in the company can use.
We call extensions in a particlar company often so would like to set up each direct dial at that other company (a small company) in an SCL...
