When i try open certain self extracting files or programs i get a popup saying send error report or don't send ... its making me mad.... and when i hit control, alt, delete i get it also saying error with task manager "send report"...

when i use to have a system crash and had to power off to restart, scandisk would start after reboot and run...now it doesn't...i have to do it manually in safe node...is there a way to get it run again automatically after a crash ?
