Every week, I create a report in Access and Email the report to all of the supervisors in the Company. However, when I send it in Excel format, some data gets transposed. Any ideas to help fix this? If so, It would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

I am working on a database for someone and did not get all of the data imputted in the tables before they needed to use the database. I decided that I would split the database so that I can finish putting data in the tables end the back end so they can continuing using the database. However...
Thanks. When I back up the datbase, I would be backing up the 'front end' not the 'back end' right? Another question. I just read a thread (link below) that says when you have a multi-user enviroment and a split database, you want the back end on the network and a copy of the front end on...
How do you backup a split database? Call me stupid but is copying a database into a new file and renaming it considered backing it up? Please let me know. Thanks.
Thanks.
Now, do I type 'Me.NewLetterDate.Value' and 'Me.FormItem.Value' litterally or do I substitute the the name of the form.
Also, on the actuall command button: What event procedure would I put the formula in?
Excuse my ignorance but I'm not all that familiar with VBA. Thanks for the help
I have a form with various command buttons that link to individual's email addresses. Is it possible to modify that command button to add the current record as an attachment in addition to opening up to the individual's email address? Please let me know.

I want to do a query that First counts the number of 'complaint reasons' between a specific date range. Then I want the top three highest 'complaint reasons'.
For example I want to see the following after I enter the date criteria:
Billing 14
No service 10
Customer Svc 09
Can anyone...
I tried it and it said that Access couldnt find the Macro Me!text52
(text52 is the textbox I'm using to store the week number)
Question,
If I was to put a field in my Complaint table titled Week Or'd, will it automatically fill the field in the table as well as on the form? Let me know.
Thanks for the suggestion. But help me to define certain things:
What is the "Me" in Me![Week Ord]
What is the "Value" in [Week Ord].Value
What is the "#" in "[Date] = #'&Me!Date Or'd.Value & "#" )
Thanks
