Which version of SQL server are you using (6.5, 7.0 or 2000, ...)? CRN has problems with versions previous to SQL Server 2000 but works fine with 2000.- ihkcompany

Reportnet Cognos Connection Error, please help
Sounds to me if possibly the necessary JAR files for the Oracle client access are missing. SQL*Plus is working well, but access from CRN fails, this indicates a problem with the interaction between CRN's connector and the Oracle client. You'll find this stuff in the Oracle directory...- ihkcompany
