Client hangs on new Dell Lat D810
Uninstall the Citrix Client. Reboot. Install the citrix Client and notice the different components you can install. ( and don't install the PM ) The default is not really what you want, It is looking for a Citrix server at startup.- sllinds

I think the first thing I would check is the event logs on the servers, If they are getting different results and the applications are load balanced then it may depend on which server they are connecting to as to which print driver they are or not getting.
