    After wiresharking we seen the phone traffic was trying to access a network we did not have in either ACL's on the Router and ASA. Added to both devices and voice started working.

    I understand they are not as important then others. I could let them sit there and get emails and other alerts about them but why? There has to be a way besides killing the station to not have it alarm. Looking forward to having a real answer still! Thanks all.

    Hello, I have a few polycom speaker phones that travel around my org and get unplugged frequently which set off an alarm. The devices are IP and the alarm type is 'warning' - is there a way to have it NOT trigger an alarm when its unplugged. Avaya G450 GW CM6.3 Thanks!
