This one's pretty easy.. All you need to do is log in as administrator, or someone with local/domain admin privileges... Then run word or any office program and accept the EULA.
It should then stop appearing. Normal user's just don't have the power to accept responsibility for it in MS eyes I...

Yes, I had enabled logging (in W3c format).
I have managed to fix this problem, now when I search the log file directory for files containing the IP of the other companies mail server, there are no records between the day i fixed it and the previous two months - so it mustn't show connections...
In an attempt to find out why certain people can't send mail to my server, I'd like to enable logging of all connections to our server, hopefully showing which servers have attempted to connect and why they have been rejected - relaying restrictions or whatever....
