Symposium Web Client: "Index out of bounds"
Skaret This is what I found out: The user was using a program called CC.MODELER that he downloaded from KoolTools.com and this product had its own version of the SSTREE.OCX file which overwrote the SSTREE.OCX file that the Symposium Web Client uses. Contact Center Management logon issue
Using the Symposium Web Client with IE6 I have a user that gets prompted for a password everytime he tries to launch the Contact Center Management everything else works ok..historical and realtime..but he is unable to access the CCM. Any ideas- Thrivent
