To gfcassociates. I have the same question. It's been a while so hopefully you'll still look in on this thread. I've heard that Aloha has a COM interface, along with a Software Development Kit (SDK) and documentation. I haven't been able to find it and our sales rep is not helpful. Does...- buck21

Micros 8700 Interfaces
Our company has implemented a Gift Card sales and redemption system for the Micros 8700 system using the SIM / TCP interface. We have NOT seen duplicate redemptions through this interface. Not certain how you implemented, so I can't say much more.- buck21
