I have a mysterious problem which I hope you may be able to help me with. I manage 2 Meridian 61c's on release 24. My problem is that several 3820 phones seem to have a problem where they cannot dial externaly but they can dial internal numbers ok. Or sometimes they cannot dial at all...
Thanks for the quick response. I changed it some other sets, which have that line. Then made a call to the helpdesk line, answered it on one of them, and still cannot see any cdr data (on either DN)

You must leave items in the "Deleted Items" folder for at least half an hour before they will automatically delet form the handheld. Or do a "Force Reconcile" on the handheld.

Scroll to Calendar
Scroll down to "Options"
Scroll down to "Wireless Synchronization"
Change the option to "No"
Wait for 5 - 10 minutes then navigate back and change the option back to "Yes"
The Calendar will then be force...
