There is a table listing digits by trunk group that telco sends us where you can insert delete digits to direct. Haven't used it for months, drawing a blank. Any ideas. Used to be under the trunk group but some smart boys moved them to something else.
There are a few digit strings, 1064241 for example, that I cannot find. Yet when I dial them our modems answer. Have checked stations, vdns, hunt groups, did a li extension 106xxxx, AAR tables. Do not know how to find them.
CM 5.2 and a remote Aura vmail. We have several DS1 stations on point to point T1s. In audix and modular messaging we got stutter dial tone for MWI in the fones on the far end. Now we have Aura and I can't find it.
You sure agent is not in ACW, after call works, not AUX? A preset time for them to do paperwork, call completion tasks and you go available automatically.

I have calls ring to a Hunt Group of sales guys after 5 or 6 rings it goes to Daytime AutoAtt via a forwarded fantom extension. Is that the only way of doing it? Seems kind of clunky for all this new technology.
