SQL 7 update locking and Access XP
I have a table in a SQL DB where I can not update existing records using Access XP. The message I get is that the record I am attempting to update is currently being updated by another user. I seem to remember (it has been some years) that a barcode reader can be programed to send an EOF character afer sending the barcode information.
