Seems silly, I know, but check in your add/remove programs. I found "programs" there that I'd never heard of (Tools for Internet Explorer) that turned out to be spam. That would be my suggestion. Good luck.
Do they just have to be in the same workgroup to share the calendars in Outlook? I'll have to try that. I can't believe I don't know some of this stuff as I have my MCSE and MCSA but haven't even THOUGHT about Exchange. Thanks so much for the help. Star for you. :-)

If I remember correctly, at www.brainbench.com you can take a test that determines what you don't know and they'll teach you the rest. It's been a while though so I might be mistaken. Check the microsoft site for tutorials as well.
In WordXP if you go to Tools, then Macros you'll see which macros are available and currently being used. These are considered shortcuts. You can also pull each menu down and certain tasks have a command next to them (ex. Alt F4). I know you're looking for a list, but thought this might help.
