We are trying to add more trunk groups in our pbx but when trying to add we getting a mesesage " CMS measured trunks exceeds maximum " Where in CMS do I go to add more capacity" Please advise, our new trunk group can not be added until I figure out how to change CMS. Thanks so much

Hi, we are using a definity v6 and octel 250, and any user can call an extention within the office and only sometimes they get "please enter your password" they hang up and then call the ext again and they get the persons vm.
the problem turned out to be at the CO, the channel unit was bad, we had a bad trunk on member 10 of the 24 channels. SBC using a T-bird, was able to trace the problem. Once the channel unit was changed at the CO we were ok. Thanks so much for all of your help !
i have a user calling a 4 digit extention within her office and when the person is not at her desk, caller gets vm but instead of hearing vm of the user being called, the caller hears, " please enter your password" what is the problem???Thanks for your help
SBC,tested T1 and says it is aa equipment problem on the definity. we dial 9 and get dial tone, then dial the number and never get connected and all lights on the phone (8410) go off like if the phone is unplugged. Then when I hang up hand set, the red light comes back on the first call...

Thank you. It turned out that my main number was programmed in the PBX as a LDN. I deleted that and then put the main number in as a station and then added it to my remote coverage list and gave it a coverage path for thr R... mumber.
