Phaser 860 jams inside front cover
I have an intermittant jamming problem. The paper is always right in front, as you open the front cover. I have cleaned the rollers. I suspect a switch/ board problem. Any suggestions? Thanks, HVTEC- HVTEC

When I run the diagnostics all goes well. Then just over 99% and some time the code comes up. Can you physically see the lamps with a side off? I had been told before that it may be the thermistor. Is the drum heater assembly a seperate part from the thermistor? I'm trying to narrow it down to...- HVTEC

I have a code 15.004.45.12577. The machine seems to be warming up (to 99%) then gives the code. Any suggestions ?- HVTEC
