On the CCMA Webinterface will the "Last Runtime" and "Next Runtime" values not be shown as long as you don't set up your local regional settings on the client pc to "English (USA)"

Can You verify that the IP Packets send by your mediacards have the correct checksum?
I had this issue too, where sometimes the packets of the mediacard had the wrong checksum. I had to open a case for getting a non public patch for the media card
You can change the RegDomain by using the "Line" Key (it also may be the FCN key...i can't test right now - so just try to press one of them while having the "REG DOMAIN" selected".
If that is done, everything is set up. If it still doesn't work, it has to to do with the wlan. Because trying to...

have you set the Reg.Domain to 02 on the 2210?
Configure the SSID of your WLAN as static entry. Doesn't have your wlan WPA odr WEB enabled?
