In the old SMI workbench world it was possible to allow a Supervisor the ability to make Agent to Skillset Assignments for only his/her own Agents. This was done throgh the setting View and Assign Own Agents Only in the Access class. Can this functionality be mocked up with Web CLinet? Thanks

Are there any restrictions on how big you can set the database for Symposium 5.0. Is it feasible to collect up to two years or more of data at the i,d,w,m level? Any constraints that would prevent this.

Does anyone have any comments about the new Symposium 5.0 and web client software in the new release. In particular, are there any hugh gains moving away from 4.2 with fat client to 5.0 with thin client (Web Client). Has anyone experienced any challenges moving to 5.0 and Web Client?

THis is of course for web client 4.5.

For end user Agents is it possible to only display skillsets and applications that are relevant to them? Is it possible to configure Webclient in a way that agents cannot monitor the performance of other agents?
