    Goldmine to Outlook email

If I understand correctly, the Outlook add-in is only good to move email from Outlook to Goldmine. I need to go the other direction.

    Goldmine to Outlook email

Does anyone know of any software that will take goldmine e-mail (6.0 sql) and move it to Outlook and/or Exchange? We're migrating away from Goldmine and would like to automate this somehow. I looked at Nemx GoldExchange but it doesn't seem to support version 6.

Granting restricted users access to TCP/IP properties.

Runing win2k server and a mix aof xp and 2k clients. I've tried granting clients access to change their LAN settings. This is needed by our mobile users who are all restricted users but need to change these settings to accomodate different internet connections. I ran rsop.msc and the policy...

    Same field ... different data

That worked! Thanks guys. I didn't need to group though, just put contact1 and contact1_1 on the same line and supressed if A<>B. The report is extremely slow, however, because there are 50,000 entries, so for EACH contact1, it goes through 50,000 contact1_1 to see if they fit. Would...

    Same field ... different data

Ok, Alias is set up. The information from the alias table is the same as the original table ... like this Mary: Mary Jane: Jane How do I get it to look at different lines on the same table?

    Same field ... different data

Sorry for not being clear. All fields are on the same table. For simpicity sake, lets pretend there are only 3 fields. The table for the above example would look linke this: Contact A B Bob 1234 Mary 1234 Jane 1234 The alias idea sounds like it would work...

    Same field ... different data

I've got a report that requires the same field to be printed on one page. There is one field 'Contact'. There are two other fields 'A' and 'B'. One contact is related to other contacts if the value in 'A' is the same as the value in 'B' of other contacts. It is a one to many relationship...

    Korean Language Input

I installed Korean language support on a computer in the office (win2k, Office XP). The Language bar is displayed and when I pick 'Korean' from the menu two additional icons appear; one to toggle between korean and english (Han/Eng) and another to switch to Chinese (Hangol ... I think). It all...

    Force Logout after inactivity

    Force Logout after inactivity

Ok, got it. I'm assuming this is the 'sessions' tab in a users properties. I could also create an OU to apply this to a bunch of people I think.

    Force Logout after inactivity

I realize this may sound dumb, but how do I do that? I've never really used Active Directory and I'm assuming it's in there somewhere.

    Force Logout after inactivity

Can I force a user to logout after a period of inactivity? We can't get people to do it through training and persuasion, so I'd like to boot 'em off the network after 5 mins of inactivity.

New Domain Controller ... Client connection

Our Win 2k server died. It was the only one. Back-ups resulted in multiple BSOD. I started restoring from scratch. To get old win 2k clients to connect I've been removing the computer from the domain and adding it again. This creates a new user with a .domain extension. I can handle that...

    Remove Additional Printer Driver

Yes! On the server, go to start>settings>printers. Then click File>Server Properties. Choose the drivers tab. You can now remove any printer driver on the server.

    Move Goldmine installation

All Done. The SQL end was already on d:. I just needed to move the Goldmine installation. The space was mostly being taken up by the Mailbox folders (attachments) and the reports folder. I could have just moved everyone's attachements folders but it seemed easier to move the entire thing. I...
