phaser 850 n paper jams
I am getting media jam errors & the paper stops just before the removable plastic guide every time and is pushed out of the paper tray & is folded inside front cover . i have removed drum heater to check sensor & fed paper from the single front tray, same fault . any suggestions would be much...- faxman1950

phaser 850 ,media tray?
thanks JOS .. m/c now printing But frequently jams as it leaves the drum ( last 1/4 inch trapped ) Any suggestions ? SORRY to be a pain .. graham..- faxman1950
