Thank you for your reply. It is a call pilot 201i on a Option 81c. Do you know where the actual file is located that I would be able to copy it from the windows side?
We had an employee pass away and his family is asking for a copy of his voice mail greeting. I have done this in the past with messages, just exporting them to a wav file but never with a greeting.
I can't find anywhere to export the actual greeting and would really like to help the family out...
Make sure you are patched. I had this issue a while back. After reboot the real time display would not come up. I would always come up after a couple of hours, but never found out why it took so long. You could try to restart the service but I don't recall this working. We had the latest...
I just restarted my ccm server and received an error that stated one or more services could not start. It ends up that the ASM service is the only one that hasn't started. I try to manually start it and it starts then stops 2 seconds later.
Anyone have any ideas? I haven't had any issues...
Thanks for all of the replies! I installed the new daughterboard today and worked great! Just thought I would post in case someone else comes across this.

I programmed two new loops, dch's, route and trunks for a new dual pri card. As soon as I seated the card into the switch (Opt 81c) I began getting paged by the receptionists saying the people calling in can't hear them. I didn't even enable the card, just seated it. I removed the card and...
Yes - you need to enable the rule for each mailbox after it is setup in the class of service. Do you use MyCall Pilot?
If so they could log in to that and under the message forwarding rule check the box to enable the rule.
Everywhere that I have looked, Blackberry will not play .wav files when they come as attachments. There are two ways to get around this that we have found. One way is to preview the message instead of opening it. This will play the message but not on speaker phone only through the earpiece...
Okay this is a really weird one. Our call pilot gives a recording prior to transfering a call to our queues. It looks at the time and if the time is within the alloted time the call goes to queue, if it is outside the call goes to a general voicemail box.
This morning all queue calls were...
