DCNO enter the DCNO number
IDGT enter the number (example 3300)
3300 enter X
keep on entering...

there is a agent configured in Symposium who is mapped to reporting Supervisor, but in real time display it is showing under different Supervisor.

Hi all,
I logged into the MM by mistakely,now i want to login into the Meridian but i am not able to do it.
Whenever i dial modem number it is showing me connected
but not able to login.The screen is blank.
I think it is still in the meridian Mail.
