I'm running Windows 2000 and IIS. I cannot have IIS running when I periodically connect to a corporate network. I have seen references to configuring IIS to start manually, but I can't find the details. Does anyone know of step-by-step instuctions on making this configuration change? Thanks.

If you can see it on the display, but can't get it to print, you may have a print driver that's inconsistent with W2K or is out of date.

Try going to the distiller printer and looking at the properties. Distiller allows you to print in generic black and white, generic color, or printer default. It sounds like this setting might be the generic black and white.
