    Cognos Impromtu can be run under Windows XP. Type in 'Compatiblity' under HELP in XP. Running Impromptu 6 under 'normal' XP impairs the visual appearance of JOINS as described in my original question. After altering the compatiblity issue under XP, there is no longer a problem.

    Imp 6 does run under XP. Simply adjust the XP compatibility to 'Windows 2000', under prog properties.

    Has anybody experienced problems running Impromptu under Windows XP.? Under 'catalog' -> 'joins', the joins are not visible. This problem was not apparent under Windows 2000.
