OK I have audio for analog phone works but wont handshake with faxes either in bound or outbound
is this a mitel 250 issue or a audiocodes mp-114 fxs issue . its running 6. version software

I set up Rad , then form 17 pointed it to the Hunt group. but the guest doesn't hear the audio even though i can go and listen to the audio in the rad set up the greeting shows 10 sec recording in the hunt group options .

Ok fixed a few issues , call pick up works and volume setting was issue do to my part not paying attention to cos I put the ip phones in. I had them in the console cos and it affected the volume not being able to save and very well the call pickup too.

Customer has 10 sites clustered on the 3300 they want to take users off a system that is clustered and put them in a teleworker set up on a MBG that is pointed to another system that is also in the cluster, ecentially removing one of the controller out of the cluster.
