I don't fully understand - Please post the fields that are in each query and what is the field that links the two queries. fred

You need to add additional fields to show the timeframe you want... for example, if you wanted to view by month, you would need to add month([changedate]) to add the month each record. Then you would need to total by this field. Hope that helps.

I think I may have resolved my issue - I had a tab conrol on my form. I placed the tab control in the detail section rather than the header - I just moved the tab control to my header and, so far, everything seems to be resolved. Thanks!!!! Fred
