where in winspm do i go to set the timer lower so that it picks up the shorter calls since they are calling then hanging up i dont think the smdr would show it.

i dont know if it will record real short calls someones calling 911 and hanging up.

first i want to thank everyone for all their help. Is there anyway to keep station users from using the page feature in a class of service or something like that. the paging is going out over #9840 to a bogen ut1312 zone controller thaks guys again for all the help.

its a bogen paging system with a uti multizone paging unit so its loud speaker paging over the trunk port.

no card was in that slot before. everything seems to work ok ive tried hooking up a phone and it works on both cards is there a way to change the ext numbers one at a time so that some can be in the 3000 range thanks again should i do a backup to the memory card and to a file again?
