I am using phone mgr lite with my desk phone. My desk phone is logged out but the phone mgr lite is still logged in. I can not relog my desk phone back back in with *35*ext*#. Any suggestions?.
Found Solution, Avaya has advised a bug with the Wizard. Fix is in the works with Avaya. A work around is available. Delete the name for phone line. I tried it and it now works.

UPgraded to 3.0 with no problems, nice change.
When we try to run the new wizard, we get the following error
" Input String was not correct format"

Our phone manager pro users( voip) are reporting a 4-5 second delay when they answer a call before they hear the calling party. They seem to have to say hello a few times before they hear anybody. Can someone help to reduce this delay?
We are using a VSU 500 in our office with vpn remote software clients in the field. We recently started having problems with connections getting broken. Its seems to be a watchdog timer. alarm is Detail = watchd[12876]: Could not get PID for ppp -ddial -unit0

Thanks for the feedback, yes , do want to keep the huntgroup voicemail. Still a little confused as to the setup. If we can not answer the door phone we would like the call to go nowhere( just drop it)
We have a door phone working on our 403. However we do not want voice mail to pickup on this ext. The door phone gets to a hunt group with voice mail. Can we disable voicemail on this ext. The ext profile has voicemail unchecked.

We do not have mail server in house all handled off site at isp. We are investing running stmp software for ipoffice. I will keep you posted. Thank you for your help
We have had no luck getting this feature working, in the windows control panel, the ipoffice stmp setting icon is set up, I have entered the stmp setting from our isp's stmp server. we can not get any email out of the system. NO help exists for this module setup. Any other suggestions.
We upgraded ip403 and voicemail to lastest version, ip403 version 2.0 and voice mail pro server 2.0 (16). We can not get email alerts working. On our old version we were running outlook express. We have been told a patch is required 2.0 (17) for vm server, where can we get it.

It is possible to get a dial tone from within your voice mail options. If I need to make a call from my cell and want to make sure the long distance goes on the company phone bill. Any help would be appreciated
we would like to have in bound call dial th ext directly without first pushing say 8 for "if you know the party's ext" Can the VM Pro server do this and if so how?
