I have an old SBS 4.5 machine that I have replaced with a SBS 2000 machines. Almost everything is set up, except I have not moved over the public folders. Is there a way I can do this without demoting the old server. I cannot have two SBS machines on the same network.

I have an SBS 4.5 server that I have replaced with an SBS 2000 server. Everything is working great except I need to copy over the public folders. How do I do this? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

I am not so bright sometimes. The office is a fractional T1. It should be 400k both ways, I think.
Given this, should it still be slow? If so, what can I do to speed it up.
I have two befvp41 routers set up, one at home one at the office. I am able to connect them reliably, but the speed is very slow. I have a 400 kbps adsl connection at the office and a 1.5 mbps cable modem connection at home. Should it be very slow, or is there possibly something I am doing...
