Copy Public Folders from SBS 4.5 to SBS 2000

I have an old SBS 4.5 machine that I have replaced with a SBS 2000 machines. Almost everything is set up, except I have not moved over the public folders. Is there a way I can do this without demoting the old server. I cannot have two SBS machines on the same network. John O'Bryan
