I have (1) table with a sum for each section. Which has a total for all the sums. Then on the same report I have another table with a sum for each section. I need to sum the sums on the second table and then do a grand total for both tables. Help.[ponder]

Yep, that was the first thing I did, but it does nothing. I.e the format does not change.

I need each section on the report to show up on a seperate page. I have tried formating the table and the cell that the section is grouping on with no luck. I also tried breaking the report on the same field that the section is based on, and when I do that it will apply the break to seperate...

Yep I tried the isnull, is " ", and a lot of other things, but it won't work. The key is that the cell value is nothing. it does not exist as a row in the database. There are two data provider. I would think though if it displays in the report there should be a way to do this. Thanks Rick.

I am trying to do a variance between two cells and the data in 1 object has undefined cells. I tried using the undefined setting in format cells, the formula stills does not reconize it as a numeric 0. Business Objects 6.5 Thanks Rick
