hi everyone... i have a server running unix system V/88 release R32V3 version 960907 M88100 that has 10 terminals attached via rj11 to it...all too often, say every 4 or so days the sole program on this sever, called 'patrol command' gets 'hung up' and the only way that i've been able to clear...

you need an additional program that will allow you to input info that you have scanned into your desktop...scanner disk should have that program...other wise go to site of the scanner manufacturer for that program and further details...hope this is helpful, lemme know how things turn out...good...
