Thanks Pndscm. You are right it was a CSS issue. There were two assist/mgrs that I was trying to configure and they each had a different wrong combination of the CSS-M-E and CSS-I-E combination.
Can't get the immediate divert key on the assistant's phone or the intercept key to work on the manager's phone. IPMA seems to be working well with everything else. Any ideas or thoughts?
